The teachers, administrators, and staff at Cedar Ridge School are united in their belief that all children:

No two students have exactly the same skills or learning style. That’s why we create an individual learning plan for every child. Your plan will combine direct instruction, small-group work, and one-on-one tutoring in a way that works for your student.
What we give our students
Cedar Ridge School provides instruction in Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Physical Education and Related Arts to grades one through eight, and instruction in high school credit courses required for graduation.
Our program offers behavioral and therapeutic support to boys with emotional difficulties through the provision of a highly structured environment. We maintain small student to staff ratios in the classrooms.
The school program provides both individual and group counseling, which may include therapeutic horseback riding and/or other forms of animal assisted therapy to help the boys in dealing with issues related to their identified treatment needs. Clinical personnel design and conduct groups to address special needs.
